Analyst, Small Business Marketing

The Frontier Marketing Operations organization is seeking an analyst to support SMB Media/Marketing analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Team with SMB segment leads/peers on designing, mechanizing and reporting out on SMB KPI metrics in Marketing and Media
  • Monitor the success of marketing campaigns in collaboration with media agency across different media tactics and analyze trends and optimization opportunities. Identify new patterns through optimization of marketing campaigns
  • Develop systematic (daily, weekly and/or monthly) and ad hoc deep business insights to help solve Frontiers business challenges and address the needs of stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth
  • Address ad hoc requests for metrics and performance to harvest actionable insights that enhance company performance
  • Analyze financial data for SMB customers including KPIs such as Lifetime Value, Profitability, etc.
  • Create executive scorecards with visualizations to track changes in key business metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Marketing Analytics or similar position
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft office suite
  • 1+ years in a Data Management application (SQL/Python/R/SAS/Alteryx) with emphasis on Data Architecture and ETL
  • Experience in data visualization tools (Spotfire/Tableau/Microstrategy/Thoughtspot/PowerBI)
  • Strong understanding of database management/architecture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics or like discipline
