We’re transforming the way people connect and fulfilling our purpose of Building Gigabit America. You’ll see these values reflected in our people, our purpose, and our products.

We take pride in fostering a culture of inclusion, where individuals from all backgrounds are inspired to succeed and know they belong.

We’re Building Gigabit America, an inclusive digital society powered by one of the fastest fiber networks in America, and we need you to help us create it.

As part of our diverse workforce, you’ll be able to deliver products and services that are as unique as our customers today, and develop innovative solutions that reflect the needs of our customers tomorrow.

Leveraging our DEI pillars to Build Gigabit America

Our DEI strategy is built around representation, opportunity, culture, and engagement. We believe that by meeting the needs of our team members and fostering a sense of belonging, we can best serve our customers and stakeholders.

diverse representation

We want the people on our team to understand and mirror the people we serve. You can help us meet their needs with a real understanding of their culture, tastes, and values.

inclusive culture

When you speak, we’ll truly listen, hear, and respond to your ideas, issues, and requests. Your input will be the key as we continue to build a culture of inclusion.

Equitable opportunity

We believe in providing equitable opportunity for all employees. We leverage digital tools and embed equity throughout our systems and processes to level the playing field for our team members, business partners, and customers.

Outreach & Engagement

We recognize that we have a responsibility to connect communities and families; Building Gigabit America is greater than the sum of its parts, so we partner with organizations to advance digital equity in order to close the digital divide.

Employee Impact Groups

At Frontier, we believe in empowering our team members to drive change. Our employee impact groups are team member-led, employer recognized voluntary groups that offer space for support, professional growth, networking, and community within the context of our purpose and business strategy.

Advancing community inclusion

For Women’s History Month we held a panel discussion on the power of women in tech with guest speakers from Amazon Web Services and Social Progress Imperative. Panelists shared insights on the challenges and triumphs of women in the tech industry, shedding light on their experiences and offering strategies for empowerment and advancement in this rapidly evolving field.

To celebrate the rich cultural diversity of the Hispanic and Latino Heritage Month, we hosted a cultural event at our GigaHub in Dallas, Texas. Team members had the opportunity to participate in a Frida Kahlo inspired floral crown workshop by Soleil Vida Studio, decorate and paint Mexican sugar skulls, watch a performance by Ballet Folklorico DFW, and eat tacos at the Tacos bites and beats food truck.

Rhonda Watson is passionate about her mission. As CEO of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Brazos Valley (BGCBV) where 58% of the youth members are Black, she leads a devoted team of staff and volunteers who are helping prepare future leaders. In recognition of Black History Month, Charita Williams, one of the Co-chairs of the GigaB.I.T EIG, led a group of Tampa-based employees on a community service outing. Inspired by Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.’s quote "Life's most persistent and urgent question is: 'What are you doing for others?', team members had the opportunity to work in the food and clothing store, greeting clients and sorting through donations at Metropolitan Ministries in Tampa.

To celebrate the rich cultural diversity of the Asian American and Pacific Islander community, we hosted a cultural event at our GigaHub in Dallas, Texas. Team members had the opportunity to participate in a henna station, Chinese calligraphy station and eat at the sushi dojo food truck.

We don’t just talk about our commitment to veterans, we put tangible actions to show our commitment. This past Veterans Day, we organized a care packing event in partnership with Operation Gratitude, hosted an internal panel highlighting some of our veteran employees, made charitable donations to two veteran organizations and signed the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). We also launched our very own Veteran Career page, furthering our commitment to our veteran community as we #BuildGigabitAmerica!

Community outreach

Our goal is to strengthen the communities where we work and live. We believe that no one should be left out of the digital society. To achieve this goal, we partner with key stakeholders across the business. Frontier's flagship ESG program, Broadband for Good (BB4G), drives our mission of 'Building GigaBit America' by leveraging our fiber technology to strengthen communities. Our Broadband for Good team collaborated with our Women's, Veterans, and Black Employee Impact Groups (EIGs) to donate cutting-edge fiber technology to organizations in key markets, including Malta House, Girl Scouts of Central Texas, and the Learning Alliance Corporation. Our EIGs donated over 120 hours of time and donated resources such as laptops, drones, microscopes, software and technological equipment impacting 180 community members, and engaging 65 volunteers.

GIGAGRACE EIG partners with Malta House to offer digital support to mothers.

GIGABIT EIG teams up with the Girl Scouts to promote STEM literacy for girls.

GIGAVET EIG collaborates with LAC to provide safety training for veteran technicians.
